キャンセルおよび変更についてCancellations and Changes

当ツアーのご予約をキャンセルまたは変更される場合は、以下のポリシーに従って対応いたします。
キャンセルや変更をご希望の際は、お早めにご連絡ください。

If you need to cancel or modify your reservation for this tour, please follow the policy outlined below.
We kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible.

キャンセル料についてCancellation Fees

キャンセル料は以下の通り発生いたします。

Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

• ご予約日の3日前まで：無料Up to 3 days before the reservation date: Free
• ご予約日の2日前：50%のキャンセル料2 days before the reservation date: 50% cancellation fee
• ご予約日の前日および当日：100%のキャンセル料1 day before or on the day of the reservation: 100% cancellation fee

返金についてRefund Policy

キャンセルポリシーに基づき、該当する場合は返金手続きを行います。
なお、返金方法については、銀行振込または現金手渡し（有限会社アルパート事務所にて）のどちらかとし、当方より別途、申込者へご連絡のうえご返金いたします。
また、銀行振込での返金の場合、振込手数料は申込者負担とします。

We will process refunds in accordance with our cancellation policy if applicable.
Refunds will be issued via either bank transfer or cash payment (at the Alpart Co., Ltd. office). We will contact the applicant separately to arrange the refund.
Additionally, for refunds made via bank transfer, the applicant will be responsible for the transfer fees.

特別な事情によるキャンセルCancellations Due to Special Circumstances

以下の場合はキャンセル料を免除し、全額返金いたします。

In the following cases, the cancellation fee will be waived, and a full refund will be provided:

• 台風・地震などの自然災害Natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes
• 公共交通機関の運休・遅延による影響 Impact due to suspension or delays of public transportation.
• その他、当方の事情によるキャンセルOther cancellations due to our circumstances.

アクティビティ体験の中止Cancellation of Activity Experience

暴風雨及び降雪等の悪天候時、若しくはそれらが予想された時は体験を中止いたします。
その際はなるべく前日の夕方までにお電話にてご連絡いたします。
当方が判断したご予約キャンセルの場合キャンセル料は発生いたしません。

In the event of severe weather conditions such as storms or snowfall, or if such conditions are expected, the activity will be canceled.
We will make every effort to notify you by phone by the evening of the day before.
If we decide to cancel your reservation, no cancellation fee will be charged.

アクティビティ体験中の事故Accidents During the Activity

プログラム中に起こった事故・怪我・盗難など、不慮の事態に対関して、当方は一切の責任を負いません。

We assume no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, theft, or unforeseen incidents that may occur during the program.

アクティビティ体験中の禁止行為Prohibited Actions During the Activity

• プライベートオフィス、禁止箇所への侵入Entering private offices or restricted areas.
• 他の体験者、地域の住民、通訳ガイドへの迷惑になるような行為 Engaging in behavior that disturbs other participants, local residents, or interpreters.
• 飲酒、喫煙（全館禁煙）
  ※ペットボトル・水筒のお飲み物は持ち込み可能ですが、ゴミはお持ち帰りください。Drinking alcohol or smoking (the entire facility is non-smoking).
  ※You may bring bottled drinks or water bottles, but please take your trash home with you.
• マナーが守れず迷惑となる行為について、管理者の指示をお守りいただけなかった場合ご退場いただくことがございます。その際の体験料金の返金はいたしません。If you fail to follow proper manners and do not comply with the instructions of the management, you may be asked to leave. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
• 敷地内の器物の損壊・破損については修復代⾦、もしくは修理代⾦を請求させていただく場合がございます。Any damage or destruction of property within the premises may result in charges for repair or replacement.
