キャンセルポリシー/Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or modify your reservation for this tour, please follow the policy outlined below.
We kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible.

Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

We will process refunds in accordance with our cancellation policy if applicable.
Refunds will be issued via either bank transfer or cash payment (at the Alpart Co., Ltd. office). We will contact the applicant separately to arrange the refund.
Additionally, for refunds made via bank transfer, the applicant will be responsible for the transfer fees.

In the following cases, the cancellation fee will be waived, and a full refund will be provided:

In the event of severe weather conditions such as storms or snowfall, or if such conditions are expected, the activity will be canceled.
We will make every effort to notify you by phone by the evening of the day before.
If we decide to cancel your reservation, no cancellation fee will be charged.

We assume no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, theft, or unforeseen incidents that may occur during the program.
